How the new companies this week works
A company that has just been formed needs almost everything: a bank account, an accountant, insurance, a website, software, an office. The first weeks are when it chooses its suppliers, which makes a list of new companies one of the oldest prospecting lists there is.
Pick a country to see how many companies were incorporated in the last seven days, broken down by sector, and the most recent of them with their town and stated activity. The API returns the full list, filtered by country, region and sector, together with the other buying signals: funding rounds, public contracts, trademark filings and hiring surges.
What each field means

- Sector
- The broad sector of its stated activity, where one is given.
Where this check stops
- Sole traders and other unincorporated businesses are not included.
- A company appears once its formation is published, usually within a few days.
