People in our company data
Gleanzy answers one question about people: who runs a company. For that, we hold the business roles of the people and organisations that run, own or audit companies, taken from public business records, and the founders, executives and board members that companies name on their own websites.
What we hold, for each role: the person's full name, the role (for example director, chief executive, board member, owner or auditor) and its title, the company it is held in, and the dates the role started and ended where these are published.
What we never hold or show: dates of birth (even when a record publishes a month and year), home or correspondence addresses, personal email addresses or phone numbers, identity numbers, nationality and country of residence. We do not combine one person's roles across different companies into a profile.
Why: businesses use it to check who they are dealing with — that the person signing a contract or opening an account holds a role in that company. It is not used to find, contact or rate private individuals.
Removal: you can ask us to remove your role in a company from our answers. Confirm the request with the code we email you, and from that moment our answers leave you out for that company; our next data update leaves you out too. We review requests afterwards and may write to you if one needs checking. Removing yourself from our data does not change the public business records themselves.
Ask to be removed
Give your name as it appears in the company's records, and the company: its country and company number, or its website. Repeat the request for each company.
